If you do not agree to all terms and disclaimers herein, do not install or use ScoutWise.

ScoutWise provides automated shopping analysis, deal strength scores, price benchmarks, verified coupon suggestions, and alternative product recommendations for general consumer information and convenience only.

ScoutWise and Hasimax do not provide financial, commercial, or legal advice. All verdicts (such as "Solid Buy", "Fair Value", or "Wait For Sale") are algorithmic approximations and statistical estimates, not guarantees regarding future price trends, product durability, or retailer performance.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER HASIMAX, SCOUTWISE, NOR THEIR CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, DIRECTORS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, PRICING, AVAILABILITY, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. 4 Total Exclusion of Liability for Hasimax & ScoutWise

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hasimax, ScoutWise, or their respective founders, owners, developers, contributors, or partners be liable for any claim, injury, loss, or damage of any kind:

  • Zero Liability for Purchasing Decisions: You acknowledge that any decision to buy, wait, or purchase an alternative is made entirely at your own independent discretion and risk. Neither Hasimax nor ScoutWise shall have any liability for any transactions, purchases, credit decisions, or financial outcomes.
  • Zero Liability for Pricing & Stock Discrepancies: E-commerce prices, shipping surcharges, localized taxes, coupon expiration dates, and inventory levels fluctuate continuously. Neither Hasimax nor ScoutWise is liable for inaccurate or outdated price representations, expired discount codes, or out-of-stock items on third-party sites.
  • Zero Liability for Third-Party Merchant Transactions: Neither Hasimax nor ScoutWise is a merchant, seller, manufacturer, or broker. We bear zero liability for defective merchandise, fraudulent stores, shipping delays, damaged shipments, warranty rejections, or customer service disputes involving third-party retailers.
  • Exclusion of Consequential & Punitive Damages: Under no legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) shall Hasimax, ScoutWise, or their affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, loss of data, or hardware malfunction—arising from or relating to your use of ScoutWise.

5 User Responsibility for Merchant Verification

Before completing any transaction, you agree that you are solely responsible for independently inspecting and verifying the final price, product specifications, model number, seller identity, return window, shipping terms, and warranty coverage on the retailer's checkout page.

7 Sole and Exclusive Remedy

If you are dissatisfied with ScoutWise, its analysis, or any terms herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to uninstall and cease using the ScoutWise browser extension and website.

8 Modifications to Terms

Hasimax reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of ScoutWise following any updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
